If you are installing airlines on your air suspension kit, there are a few things you are going to need to make sure you get the job done correctly. Luckily, AccuAir has put together a quick and easy kit to make sure you get high-quality airlines, fittings, and a water trap to keep moisture out of your air suspension system. This kit will include a ⅜” DOT/PTC fitting kit, 50 ft of DOT airline, ¼” NPT for air springs, and an aluminum filter/trap.

Black Moisture Trap / Filter w/ (2) Fittings

In an air suspension system, you will have 1 or 2 air compressors that generate air to be delivered throughout your components. As with any air compressor, moisture can generate in the airlines, sending water droplets through the lines. This is not something that you want in any air system, so a moisture trap/filter should be installed. Air suspension water traps filter out moisture and debris from the air that gets passed through them. This AccuAir black moisture trap/filter and fittings kit gives you everything you need to ensure your system stays moisture free. In this kit you will receive a black moisture trap/filter and two fittings to install the filter on your system. 

Where Do You Put The Water Trap On An Air Suspension System?

The moisture trap or water trap should be located after the tank and before the valves. This allows any condensation that was located in the tank to be stopped from getting to your valves. Stopping moisture from getting to your valves is important to keeping your air suspension system functioning properly.

Fitting Kit

Accidents happen, especially during the installation of parts where a simple mistake can cause a part to break. This kit is going to feature everything you need to install new fittings on your air suspension system. In this kit, you will receive (4) 3/8" Tube DOT / PTC - To - 3/8" Tube DOT / PTC Bulk-Head + (8) 3/8" Tube DOT / PTC - To - 3/8" Tube DOT / PTC Swivel Elbow.

3/8" DOT Airline For Air Suspension (50 FT)

Whether you are planning to tackle your air suspension yourself, or you simply need to repair some damaged lines on your existing kit, you are going to want to buy your airline in bulk. AccuAir offers 50ft of ⅜” DOT airline for you to purchase to complete or repair your air suspension system. This airline is DOT approved and is made of high quality materials to allow for years of reliability. Purchase this airline in this 50ft bulk kit to save money when compared to buying airlines in smaller quantities.

Loctite 565 Anaerobic Thread Sealant (6ml tube)

Known for being the best thread sealant to use for air suspension components, Loctite 565 Anaerobic Thread Sealant is available through AccuAir to allow you to add to your order to get your system installed correctly. This thread sealant should be used to seal all NPT style fittings on your system to ensure you have a leak-free install. This PST pipe sealant has controlled strength, is made for metal fittings, and it lubricates with PTFE. This .20 fl. oz. bottle will be enough to get all of your air system fittings sealed up.

AccuAir Suspension offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all AccuAir branded control systems products (including controllers, touchpads, height sensors, manifolds, tanks and accessories) and a One-Year Limited Warranty all non-AccuAir branded products and all other non-control system items (including compressors, shocks and springs).  AccuAir offers a 30-day Return Policy on any unused and uninstalled products.  AccuAir parts are aftermarket products.  Any modifications to the products, improper installation, excessive wear and tear, or use not for the intended application voids the warranty. AccuAir does not warranty air suspension compressors that have burned out due to air suspension leaks, that have modified pumps or electrical plugs, that have missing labels or that have water damage.

The AccuAir Suspension products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period beginning from the date of purchase.  Within this period, AccuAir will, at its sole option, replace any components that fail in normal use.  Such replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation and installation costs.  This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) normal wear and tear, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by improper installation; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of AccuAir Suspension.

The Warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise.  This warranty gives specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.

In no event shall AccuAir Suspension be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the product.  Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.

AccuAir Suspension retains the exclusive right to replace (with a new or newly remanufactured replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.  Such remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

To obtain warranty replacement, contact AccuAir at 833-247-3696 during normal business hours for shipping instructions and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) tracking number.  Securely pack the product and a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs.  Write the RMA tracking number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product, freight charges prepaid, to AccuAir Returns Department at 200 Sea Ray Drive, Merritt Island, FL 32953.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@accuair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
