Alignment Cam Kits for Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator
Lift High. Align Right. Drive Confident.
A suspension lift changes everything — including your alignment. Factory cam bolts weren't designed to compensate for the geometry shifts that come with a lift, leaving your Jeep pulling, wearing tires unevenly, and handling unpredictably on and off the trail. AccuAir Alignment Cam Kits for Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator give you the adjustability you need to dial in your caster and camber after a lift — so every mile, whether it's asphalt or rock, feels exactly how it should.
Front Caster/Pinion Angle Kit Installation Instructions
- Check the vehicle for bent, worn, or loose components and repair as necessary.
- Check alignment and determine changes required.
- Lift the vehicle so the suspension hangs freely, and the bolts can be accessed. Support safely.
- Remove the lower control arm axle bolts one at time.
- Install the cam bolts by placing one cam at the head of each bolt, slide the bolt through the axle bracket and control arm, then place another cam washer on the bolt, and then the locknut.
- Repeat for the other side, making sure the cam washer sets in recess on the axle bracket.
- To adjust the loosen lock nut and rotate the cam bolt. Both cam bolts must be in the same relative position. Note: Cross caster cannot be set on this type of axle. Having the bolts in different positions on each side will load the bushings,111d possibly cause setback problems.
- While holding bolt head or cam to prevent rotation, tighten the locknut to 115 Nm (85 lb-ft)
- Check alignment and/or pinion angle readings and road test vehicle.
Note: Always check for proper clearance between suspension components and other vehicle components.
