    The kit defaults to the standard 3.5” lift when you're going 25MPH or faster. With this safety feature, choose your preset height to navigate low garages and drive-thrus OR raise your Jeep to navigate offroad obstacles.

    Want to go offroad or rock crawling? Using AccuAir Crawl Control under 25MPH, you can raise your entire Jeep by 2" or lower by 1". You can also raise and lower individual corners to tackle obstacles on the trail. Planning to camp? You can adjust individual corners to create a level platform for sleeping.

    Smiles

    Well the left sat in boxes till just two weeks ago(almost 6 months). Spent a full weekend and a few nights after work picking away at the install in the garage. Little help from a buddy and my son. Just a few days in and turning heads here in Iowa. Can’t get the smile off my face. Well worth it. Even with a missing bag of bracket extension brackets and two bolts and a few misleading pictures ( for a diesel install instead of the pictured 392 ) this is a 5 star rating in my book

    Follow-up after 800 miles trip

    I installed the total package on my Etorque 2019 Rubicon on 35-inch tires in January 2024. A little hard as the wiring was different with the 48-volt battery but we got it done. I also needed help with calibration, but the service department fixed while I was on the phone. So, a working review - I just got back to Washington from a month in Arizona doing some of the hardest trails we could find. Put over 800 off road miles on the system which included from easy dirt roads to some passes with boulders and ledges. Everything worked great. We did a 27-degree side camber and raised the downhill side and lowered the uphill side to 20 degrees, not sure we would have made that with the camping gear on top so a little top heavy. One pass had us dropping off rocks a lot but only hit the frame a few times. We had to use position three on a breakover a couple times. The only issue came with a hard drop onto the frame would knock the sensors out of calibration and arrows would flash red. To correct we would turn the jeep off then back on and it would reset. Happened three times over the 800 miles and always an easy fix. Oh, one last comment, my wife has mobility issues and lowering it to zero (to bump stops) allowed her to get in and out with ease. We are very happy with the total system and highly recommend it to anyone.

    Six months and an 800miles off road trip

    New install and impression

    The install has been on for a month and had on the rocks a few times. I really like the system and the 4 star is down only because of a few issues we ran into. The install took longer than anticipated. One major issue, I have the eTorque and the install showed wiring going up through a drain hole under back seat. The 48 volt battery is there so it was almost impossible to do it that way. We pulled back seat and with two people and and hours were able to get it through and connected. They said they are rewriting instructions so hope they can find a different way. Rest of install was ok but some pictures did not follow actual placement in the eTorque but we worked around. Customer service is great - mine did not calibrate right as total lift was only about two inches. They walked me through a reset that changed the top and bottom manually and was a great fix. We also broke a sensor arm while installing and they sent a new one asap. 5 star support. Off road, it works great (5 star) we have gone on trails I could not even think of before. We have added 35 inch tires and still lower for my wife to get in and out -she has some mobility issues and the lowest setting is perfect. One last issue; we have had a sensor "error out" when we drop off a rock and hit the frame hard. Had to turn jeep off then on to reset. Called support and we have taken lots of pictures for their engineers and they are working to see what the issue is and a fix (5 star service) Overall would have been a 5 star if not for the few issues above. We are heading on a 400 miles off road trip next month so will review again when we get home.

    Like the lift.

    No issues with install or functionality of the components. But I can't get it to calibrate. The driver side hight sensor makes contact with the coolant lines to the battery. Isn't allowing full travel and quits calibration. Is there any fix that you have come up with. I'm thinking control arm correction brackets and redesign of sensor mount. Thanks for any insight.

    AccuAir Suspension offers a Limited 2-Year Warranty on all AccuAir branded control systems products (including controllers, touchpads, height sensors, manifolds, tanks and accessories) and a One-Year Limited Warranty all non-AccuAir branded products and all other non-control system items (including compressors, shocks and springs).  AccuAir offers a 30-day Return Policy on any unused and uninstalled products.  AccuAir parts are aftermarket products.  Any modifications to the products, improper installation, excessive wear and tear, or use not for the intended application voids the warranty. AccuAir does not warranty air suspension compressors that have burned out due to air suspension leaks, that have modified pumps or electrical plugs, that have missing labels or that have water damage.

    The warranty is non-transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only.

    The AccuAir Suspension products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period beginning from the date of purchase.  Within this period, AccuAir will, at its sole option, replace any components that fail in normal use.  Such replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation and installation costs.  This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) normal wear and tear, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by improper installation; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of AccuAir Suspension.

    The Warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise.  This warranty gives specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.

    In no event shall AccuAir Suspension be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the product.  Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.

    AccuAir Suspension retains the exclusive right to replace (with a new or newly remanufactured replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.  Such remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

    To obtain warranty replacement, contact AccuAir at 833-247-3696 during normal business hours for shipping instructions and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) tracking number.  Securely pack the product and a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs.  Write the RMA tracking number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product, freight charges prepaid, to AccuAir Returns Department at 100 Sea Ray Drive, Merritt Island, FL 32953.

    Please note, orders over $300 ship as "signature required" to ensure smooth delivery of your product(s).

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at orders@accuair.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a RMA (return merchandise authorization), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Items shipped back without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will not be accepted.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
