ENDO Series Air Tank - Which Is Best For Me?

When shopping for an air suspension tank, there are many different choices currently on the market. While you can find a variety of cheap steel air tanks for a budget setup, there are many downfalls when cheaping out on an air tank. Air tanks will be pressurized, so having an air tank that was not made with specific specifications can lead to safety hazards for you and others. Today, we are going to look at AccuAir’s ENDO air suspension tank lineup and how they are built with quality in mind.

ENDO Series Air Tank - Which Is Best For Me? | AccuAir Suspension

What Are AccuAir ENDO Tanks?

AccuAir’s ENDO-Tank™ product line is the result of years of engineering accomplishments and represents the largest leap forward in air tank technology for 100 years. AccuAir has built the ENDO tank to utilize precision machined aluminum components and a bolted construction for a modular setup. This allows for a very clean, weld-free and leak-free design on each ENDO tank that AccuAir produces. The air ports on these tanks are machined directly into the solid aluminum tank body and are flush with the exterior of the tank. Since this tank features a modular design, you can easily unbolt the end caps to upgrade your tank later down the road. These tanks are currently offered in raw aluminum.

What Size Tank Do I Need For Air Suspension?

When shopping for an air suspension air tank, the size of the air tank is always questioned. Will a 3 gallon tank be large enough? Will a 5 gallon tank be overkill and too large for my setup? These are all very valid questions that get asked all of the time. The size of your mounting location and the amount of times you will be using your air suspension will determine what size tank you need. If you are only using it every so often and want to run a smaller tank, a 3 gallon tank may be ideal for your setup. If you plan on airing out every chance you get, you may want to get a 5 gallon tank to store more air for quicker operation. Our ENDO tanks are offered in 3 gallon and 5 gallon options.

ENDO-T Air Tank

Starting things off for the AccuAir ENDO air suspension tank lineup is the ENDO-T. The ENDO-T is going to be the basic air tank design that lays the foundation for the full ENDO lineup. It is offered in a 3 or 5 gallon size and will not have any valves or compressors mounted inside the tank. This is perfect for those who want a more elaborate setup or just need to replace or upgrade their existing tank. If you are wanting a better ENDO tank down the line but don’t want to spend the money just yet, the ENDO-T can be upgraded down the line for a cleaner install. This tank features ultra-high-strength bolts, aerospace grade aluminum, and a weldless design for a precision machined fit and leak free design.

ENDO-VT Valve Integrated Air Tank

In traditional air suspension setups, a valve manifold is utilized to control the air flow and is mounted between the tank and the air bags. This means you will have to mount an extra component and run hard or soft lines, adding to the overall cost and time of your install. AccuAir has taken all of this into account and developed an easy-to-use solution for a cleaner setup. The ENDO-VT tank is very similar to the ENDO-T, but will have a different end cap to integrate the valves directly into the tank. This tank allows for you to have a cleaner setup and a quicker install. The ENDO-VT also represents AccuAir’s next generation of solenoid valve technology that includes VFC™ (variable flow control) in addition to D.O.T. approved fully filtered and rebuildable FFPTC (fully-filtered push-to-connect) fittings.
