The ride height sensors on the AccuAir e-Level kits utilize a 2 piece system which includes the actual sensor, and the plastic arm that mounts to the top. Oftentimes, a malfunctioning ride height sensor may not require the full sensor to be replaced, only the arm. Instead of having to purchase the whole sensor, AccuAir has made it very simple to replace just the arm with this direct replacement ROT-120 plastic arm replacement. This plastic arm simply bolts in place of the factory arm for a quick and easy replacement to get your air suspension system working properly again.
AccuAir Suspension offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all AccuAir branded control systems products (including controllers, touchpads, height sensors, manifolds, tanks and accessories) and a One-Year Limited Warranty all non-AccuAir branded products and all other non-control system items (including compressors, shocks and springs). AccuAir offers a 30-day Return Policy on any unused and uninstalled products. AccuAir parts are aftermarket products. Any modifications to the products, improper installation, excessive wear and tear, or use not for the intended application voids the warranty. AccuAir does not warranty air suspension compressors that have burned out due to air suspension leaks, that have modified pumps or electrical plugs, that have missing labels or that have water damage.
The warranty is non-transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only.

The AccuAir Suspension products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period beginning from the date of purchase. Within this period, AccuAir will, at its sole option, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation and installation costs. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) normal wear and tear, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by improper installation; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of AccuAir Suspension.
The Warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
In no event shall AccuAir Suspension be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.
AccuAir Suspension retains the exclusive right to replace (with a new or newly remanufactured replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.
To obtain warranty replacement, contact AccuAir at 833-247-3696 during normal business hours for shipping instructions and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) tracking number. Securely pack the product and a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs. Write the RMA tracking number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product, freight charges prepaid, to AccuAir Returns Department at 100 Sea Ray Drive, Merritt Island, FL 32953.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
