The short answer is sort of. Arnott, LLC purchased the assets of AccuAir out of the bankruptcy and will be reviving the brand as a new company with a mix of classic and new products. We expect to relaunch the brand and products in 2021.  So while some of the AccuAir products are returning, AccuAir will be returning as a new company, in a new location, with new staff.  Arnott’s long history (over 30 years) of engineering and manufacturing replacement OE air suspension systems for cars and motorcycles is a great fit with the AccuAir brand and product.

AccuAir Control Systems, as you knew it, no longer exists. Arnott purchased just the assets of AccuAir through a private foreclosure sale and it is now a brand-new company.  Everything that was in process and unfulfilled prior to the bankruptcy was handled through the foreclosure proceedings and is separate from the new company.

Unfortunately, we have no connection to the foreclosure proceedings.

Yes!  A small number of support staff have joined the team in Florida.

When Arnott purchased the assets of AccuAir through a private foreclosure sale, that did not include legacy obligations like warranty claims, gift certificates, or account credits.

While existing warranties are no longer valid because Arnott purchased only the assets of AccuAir through a private foreclosure sale, we will be providing technical support for existing customers and products through [email protected]. In 2021, when shipping resumes, service parts for returning products will be available. However, we will not be producing service parts for discontinued products. Please stay tuned for updates on any additional customer support programs as they develop.

It will be positive! With the resources and support of Arnott, the future of AccuAir is exciting.  There are some new products on the horizon and improvements to classic products are being planned. We now have access to more technical support staff available to take calls and help customers, the potential for fewer backorders, and reduced lead times – all benefiting our customers.

Yes, but they will only improve for our customers. Arnott prides itself on extensive testing and high-quality standards, including maintaining ISO-9001:2015 certification. We are committed to supporting our customers, existing and new. The exact practices for how we will provide warranty support are currently being determined.

Yes, the app needs some final improvements and will go through the approval process for both Android and iOS. It will take some time, but we are planning to release the app before products begin shipping in 2021.

No, it doesn’t. This new app only works with the new e+ controller and is not an update for the old i-Level module.

For the 2021 product line relaunch we have decided to focus on bringing back the products that we believe will perform at the highest level of reliability and performance for our customers. While this is not finalized, for early 2021 we anticipate the return of:

  • e-Level+ with mobile application
  • Touchpad+
  • e+ Height
  • VU Manifolds
  • Endo-VT

Some of the products not listed above – like the Endo-CVT, Endo-CT and VX Manifolds – may return at some point in the future after design improvements or updates to increase reliability. Additionally, some new and exciting things will be added that AccuAir hasn’t historically offered to our customers. We are committed to bringing innovative and reliable products to market and this is where it starts.
